Key Responsibilities
- Manage transportation, roadway, intersection, and safety improvement projects from concept through completion
- Develop project scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Oversee consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to county standards
- Coordinate with state DOTs, municipalities, utilities, and regional partners
- Review construction plans, traffic studies, right-of-way documents, cost estimates, and technical reports
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with applicable regulations and standards
