We are currently seeking a seasoned Transportation Practice Leader to oversee and grow the transportation discipline across multiple offices. This strategic leadership role is based in our Greenville office, which serves as the hub for our transportation operations.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will guide the direction of transportation services, mentor technical staff, and drive business development efforts. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape infrastructure solutions for municipalities, state agencies, and private sector clients across the Southeast.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals
- Lead and manage financial performance for the transportation practice
- Build and mentor high-performing technical teams

- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee project delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in transportation engineering
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Professional engineering licensure (strongly preferred)
- Expertise in transportation design, project management, and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal transportation regulations
- Strong understanding of A/E/C industry practices and terminology
- Advanced skills in strategic planning, resource management, and team coordination
