About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Vessel Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a fleet of three offshore vessels, including Support Vessels (MPSVs) equipped with subsea cranes and diesel-electric propulsion systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of three offshore vessels with a 8 figure annual budget
  • Drive performance across these KPIs:
    • Safety: Ensure compliance with all HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture.
    • Portfolio Management: Oversee vessel scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Reliability & Availability: Maximize uptime and operational readiness of the fleet.
  • Collaborate with internal support functions (technical, crewing, procurement, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of maritime/offshore experience, with at least 5 years in offshore vessel management.
  • Proven track record managing MPSVs with subsea cranes and diesel-electric systems for at least 3 years.
  • Sailed as a Second Engineer (2/E) at minimum and holds a valid Chief Engineer (CE) license.
  • Strong background in both technical and operational aspects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
