We're seeking a Water Business Director to lead water infrastructure projects and client relationships in the Buford/Atlanta, GA region. This hybrid role offers flexibility, leadership, and the opportunity to work on transformative water and wastewater systems that serve communities across the Southeast.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and business development efforts.
- Lead technical planning, design, and construction support for:
- Water/wastewater treatment plants
- Pump stations
- Sewer and combined sewer overflow systems
- Conveyance, distribution, and transmission systems
- Prepare proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and technical quality.
- Mentor engineering staff across all levels.
- Conduct site visits and attend client, public, and project meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with local and state design standards and permitting processes.
- Experience with modeling tools and infrastructure design is a plus.
