Water Resources Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Water Resources Project Manager to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure and water resources projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage high‑impact work, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and build lasting client relationships in a growing and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage water resources and water infrastructure projects from planning through design and delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Lead project teams, coordinate technical resources, and oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Support proposal development, scope definition, and fee negotiation
  • Provide technical oversight related to hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, floodplain analysis, and related studies
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders, including public agencies and municipalities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain licensure
  • 6 or more years of relevant water resources experience, including project management responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of water resources planning and design, stormwater systems, flood control, and hydraulic modeling
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with clients and teams
  • Experience working with public agencies and regulatory requirements preferred
