We are seeking an experienced Water Resources Project Manager to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure and water resources projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage high‑impact work, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and build lasting client relationships in a growing and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage water resources and water infrastructure projects from planning through design and delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Lead project teams, coordinate technical resources, and oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Support proposal development, scope definition, and fee negotiation
- Provide technical oversight related to hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, floodplain analysis, and related studies
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders, including public agencies and municipalities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain licensure
- 6 or more years of relevant water resources experience, including project management responsibility
- Strong knowledge of water resources planning and design, stormwater systems, flood control, and hydraulic modeling
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with clients and teams
- Experience working with public agencies and regulatory requirements preferred
