They are seeking a skilled Water/Wastewater Process Engineer & Project Manager to join their Grand Rapids office. This individual will play a key role in leading complex treatment projects and contributing to client relationships and team development.

Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, management, and delivery of municipal and industrial water/wastewater treatment projects. The role emphasizes technical expertise, project leadership, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of water and wastewater treatment systems

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality assurance

  • Prepare technical reports, plans, and specifications

  • Coordinate with clients, permitting agencies, and internal project teams

  • Contribute to business development and proposal preparation

  • Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering

  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan or the ability to obtain it within six months

  • 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering and project management

  • Strong understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes and technologies

  • Proficiency with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, BioWin, WaterCAD)

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
