Water/Wastewater Construction Project Manager
A leading heavy civil construction firm based in Connecticut is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. The company is actively expanding its Environmental Division and has secured an extensive project backlog, offering a stable pipeline of work and long-term career potential. The firm specializes in infrastructure projects including water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, water and sewer lines, and related utility work. The Project Manager will be based primarily in Connecticut, with minimal travel required.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate project scheduling, subcontractors, field personnel, and material deliveries
Manage project budgets and timelines in collaboration with architects, engineers, and clients
Lead project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery within budget parameters
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, engineers, and subcontractors throughout all project phases
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, preferably within heavy civil or utility infrastructure
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in utility construction, specifically with water/sewer lines and water/wastewater infrastructure
