Location: Columbia, Missouri (Primary Need) | Open to candidates based in St. Louis
Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000 + Bonuses + ESOP

Our client is a mid-sized civil engineering firm with 165 employees across 10 offices, known for its collaborative, ownership-driven culture. They're seeking a Water Resources Project Manager to join their Missouri team-primarily in Columbia, but they're open to strong candidates located in St. Louis.
What You'll Do
This is a full-spectrum PM role:
- Manage Projects: Lead water resources projects from planning through design and delivery.
- Manage People: Supervise and mentor technical staff.
- Win Work: Build client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
- Do the Work: Provide hands-on technical design and engineering expertise.
What You Bring
- 6-10+ years of experience in water resources or civil infrastructure.
- PE license (Missouri or ability to obtain).
- Strong design experience across a variety of project types.
- Ownership mentality-your work impacts your team, and your team's success impacts you.
