Audio-Visual Consultant Position:

We are currently seeking an A/V professional to join our team and lead our A/V Consulting and Engineering Practice. This role transcends the conventional A/V position, offering daily challenges in crafting distinctive solutions for our clients. Our A/V projects typically range from $5m to over $50m, demanding a unique managerial skill set. Our ideal

Qualifications:
* Proficiency in A/V design technologies and methodologies
* A track record of successfully managing multimillion-dollar A/V projects
* Proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary design and construction teams
* Forward-thinking approach, designing solutions for the future
* Strong client management skills with an extroverted personality
* Proficiency in Bluebeam REVU
* Prior management experience, emphasizing company culture and collaboration
* A background in A/V Project Management
Responsibilities:
* be apart of existing A/V staff and foster a shared knowledge base across the organization
* Manage A/V resources and project commitments effectively
* Contribute technical expertise in A/V system design and deployment
* Assist clients, working through our design teams, in developing comprehensive A/V systems within the context of construction design planning, consulting, and overall project lifecycles
* Participate in various planning and design tasks, including developing alternative solution architectures, cost-benefit analysis, infrastructure requirements, equipment specifications, and cost estimates
* Collaborate internally with team members possessing expertise in various IT and technical disciplines to ensure modern, validated designs for clients
* Provide A/V-focused expertise to colleagues working in other disciplines (e.g., Security Systems, Mechanical, Infrastructure) within the company
Education and Certifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* CTS-D certification is required, while RCDD and PE certifications are a plus
* Manufacturer certifications in A/V technologies such as QSC, Crestron, Planar, NanoLumens, Jupiter, Christie, Digital Projections, and/or AtlasIED are advantageous
Compensation:
* Competitive compensation starting at $145,000+ (dependent on location, qualifications, and experience)
Additional Information:
