A multi-disciplinary Architecture firm based in Dallas is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join us as an Architectural Visualizer. As part of their dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that make a significant impact on the community.
Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality visualizations for architectural designs
* Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to create accurate renderings
* Ensure timely delivery of all visualization products
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field
* 3+ years' experience working with 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, and SketchUp
* Strong design skills and attention to detail
* Experience in creating photorealistic renderings and animations of architectural designs
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with virtual and augmented reality tools is a plus
* Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite software is a plus
