This is individual would be a key player in the build out of the team and business function. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the office, overseeing all aspects of operations, including project delivery, client relations, and team management.
- Drive business development efforts in your region, identifying new opportunities and cultivating relationships with clients and partners.
- Opportunity to provide strategic direction and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to junior staff members, supporting their professional development and growth within the organization.
- Collaborate with other office directors and senior leadership to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
- Represent the company in local industry events and conferences, building our reputation and brand presence in your region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Georgia PE and/or SE License
- 15+ Years of experience in bridge design
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a design team
