Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking progress and following up to close deals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored AV solutions.
- Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our capabilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and highlight our unique value proposition.
- Provide accurate pricing, scope of work, and timelines in proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Market Expansion:
- Explore and develop new markets, with a focus on expanding our presence in key industries such as corporate events, entertainment, hospitality, and education.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the production, technical, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
- Communicate client requirements and expectations clearly to internal teams, ensuring successful delivery of AV services.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales manager and senior leadership.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
