Job Title: AV Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to join our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audiovisual technology and project management, with the ability to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of AV projects to meet client expectations and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of AV projects from initiation to closure, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Lead project meetings, communicate project status, and escalate issues as needed.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, proposals, change orders, and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and safety regulations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, project management) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AV project management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of audiovisual technology, systems integration, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of successfully managing AV projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
- Experience with AV design software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
