Responsibilities:
- Collaborates internally and externally across disciplines to coordinate deliverables and adhere to organizational standards
- Develops accurate construction drawings and extracts data using BIM platforms
- Attends conferences and workshops to stay updated on industry best practices and transfers knowledge within the organization
- Prepares BIM-generated structural construction drawings for various project types, including manufacturing, distribution, data centers, commercial buildings, schools, medical facilities, retail spaces, adaptive reuse projects, and renovations.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2-7 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in industry standard software such as Revit
- Supports day-to-day operations including office organization and facilities management
- Demonstrates initiative and a continuous improvement mindset, remaining receptive to learning opportunities and feedback
