Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
- Manage a team of engineering and non-technical staff, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Drive business growth by expanding our client base and meeting project demands.
- Maintain a high standard of quality in all aspects of work, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering.
- MS Degree in geotechnical engineering.
- PE license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with CADD/Microstation preferred.
- Familiarity with geotechnical software (e.g., SlopeW, AllPile, Gint, MSEW, etc.).
- Strong professional work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to oversee multiple projects.
- Familiarity with MD, DC, and VA standards and procedures a plus.
