We are looking for several motivated Principal Bridge Engineers to develop, manage and lead bridge design projects in each respective market. Across each region, business development, overall quality and leading production and staff are key responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design, planning and project delivery to create an excellent client experience;
- Contribute towards the development of business strategy that focuses on providing best in class client service to serve our current clients and to grow our client base;
- Collaborate on project pursuits, proposals, scope and schedules;
- Lead multi-discipline design efforts including geotechnical, roadway, permitting and others;
- Provide quality assurance review of project-related documentation;
- Coach and mentor staff across all career levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering;
- PE registration or ability to be registered with reciprocity;
- 12+ years of proven success assembling plans sets, and leading design-build and design-bid-build projects;
- Prior proposal development and client relationship success;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required;
- Proficiency with MicroStation, Civil 3D and bridge design software;
- Demonstrated communication and team leadership skills;
- Working experience with marketing, business development, project pursuits, and proposal preparation a plus.
