Key Credentials:
- Certified Building Inspector (BN) in Residential and Mechanical as a minimum.
- Full-ticket inspector licenses considered ideal, i.e., Commercial, Residential, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
- Further relevant credentials through Florida DBPR and/or ICC seen as a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience performing inspections for residential and commercial buildings, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
