Our Client is seeking a Certified Asbestos/Lead Consultant responsible for conducting surveys, developing management plans, overseeing projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role entails fieldwork and office tasks, including sample collection, data analysis, report preparation, and client interaction.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct hazardous materials building surveys to identify asbestos and other hazardous materials, including lead.
- Utilize destructive and non-destructive sampling methods for surveys, ensuring meticulous documentation and sample tracking.
- Coordinate sample management and analysis with project laboratories.
- Analyze survey data and formulate conclusions and recommendations.
- Develop asbestos and lead management programs, including dust management plans, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Perform site observation and monitoring during asbestos and lead abatement projects.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and cost estimates for surveys and air monitoring services.
Qualifications:
- Hold California Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) and California Certified Lead Supervisor certifications.
- Possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of federal and state environmental regulations pertaining to asbestos, lead, and hazardous building materials.
- Exhibit exceptional client relations skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
