Job Opportunity Summary:
This position involves technical engineering responsibilities encompassing conceptual and final design, plan preparation, contract documents, specifications, data collection/analysis, and documentation, as well as engineering calculations using prescribed methods. Working under the guidance of Practicing Engineers, the role collaborates with clients and sub-consultants to establish design criteria and execute various skilled professional engineering tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct engineering design using Autodesk Civil3D.
- Coordinate CAD files and design with internal and external team members.
- Prepare construction documents under the guidance of a Project Engineer or Project Manager.
- Address and incorporate client review comments from deliverables.
- Employ in-house quality control methods to complete projects.
- Integrate relevant technical knowledge for enhanced project value.
- Strengthen technical expertise through on-the-job, informal, and formal training.
- Ensure consistent use of appropriate reference material.
- Organize and manage project documentation.
- Participate in monthly and weekly project meetings.
- Ensure work compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Adhere to the Health & Safety Program, emphasizing safety in field activities.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University.
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) registration in Arizona preferred.
- Preferred prior civil engineering experience of 2-3 years.
- Required prior experience working in Civil3D.
