I am currently working with an employee owned full service engineering firm, who are looking to add a well rounded technical project manager to join their all rounded civil engineering team. They offer a comprehensive and award winning benefits package and specialise in projects related to land development, stormwater, drainage or transportation.
The project managers are mainly responsible for the oversight and management of the entire project delivery process and coordination with other disciplines.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing client relationships
- Determining and guiding overall project direction
- Driving and overseeing all technical and design aspects of project
- Managing resources and productivity
- Determining, enforcing and meeting deadlines
- Maintaining project quality and design standards for basic to moderately complex projects that are primarily within a single discipline
- Building strong client relationship and presenting at public meetings are essential to this position
Required Experience:
- PE License
- 8+ years of experience in Land Development, (Retail, Commercial, and Residential, Industrial), stormwater or transportation/drainage.
- Client and government agency interactions
- Excellent communication skills
- Supervision of full-time staff
