Role and Responsibilities
ยท Repair scope and cost estimating using Excel, Xactimate, Planswift, and Bluebeam
ยท Perform field inspections
ยท Evaluate restoration and develop scope of repair
ยท Prepare findings reports, inspection summaries, and destructive testing reports
ยท Communicate and coordinate with staff and management to ensure deadlines and costs are met
ยท Interface with clients and project representatives
