A leading engineering firm is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Engineer Project Manager. You will play an essential role in overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion. The Construction Engineer Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing construction design and implementation teams
- Coordinating project schedules and resources with stakeholders and project managers
- Assisting in the preparation of project proposals, scope definition, and cost estimations
- Directing and reviewing construction documents, including bid packages, specifications, and permit applications
- Conducting site visits and field inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications
- Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
The ideal candidate for the Construction Engineer Project Manager position should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in construction project management, including municipal, roadway, and infrastructure projects
