This role involves coordinating and supervising construction activities, managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop construction plans and schedules, create detailed timelines, and monitor project progress.
- Team Management: Supervise on-site construction teams, assign tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct regular safety meetings, and monitor the use of personal protective equipment.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction progress, conduct regular quality checks, and address any deviations from project requirements.
- Resource Management: Coordinate procurement and allocation of construction materials, equipment, and tools to minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, document project activities, and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Current OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and USACE Construction Quality Control Management certifications, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards.
