Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and vision for each live event.
- Lead the creative development process, from initial concept ideation to final execution, ensuring that ideas are innovative, engaging, and aligned with client goals.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including creative concepts, themes, visual elements, and production plans.
- Oversee all aspects of event production, including set design, lighting, sound, video, staging, and special effects, to bring creative concepts to life.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery within scope and on schedule.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and partners to secure necessary equipment, materials, and services for each event.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to production teams, artists, performers, and crew members throughout the event planning and execution process.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event production and creative design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Theater Production, Creative Arts, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in live event production, with a focus on creative direction, concept development, and project management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past work in event design, set production, and creative execution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools for event design and production (e.g., CAD software, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
