LVI are looking for a Data Center Scheduler who will be responsible for the collection and evaluation of data required to prepare, update, and monitor construction project schedules through the application of corporate scheduling systems, techniques, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage construction schedules using Primavera P6 or other industry standard scheduling software.
- Perform forensic analysis of construction schedules and identify issues that may lead to delays or claims.
- Conduct thorough resource analysis and capacity planning to allocate resources efficiently.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and critical path activities to proactively address issues and mitigate risks.
- Utilize project management software and tools effectively to manage schedules and update project data in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry-specific requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and mentor junior schedulers and support staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ Years of construction experience
- 2+ Years of Data Center experience
- Expert level knowledge of Primavera P6 or other industry standard scheduling software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
