Position Overview: The Director of Production will lead the production of various projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. This role involves managing resources, mentoring team members, and collaborating with the creative team for innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production processes across multiple events.
- Oversee project delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop feasible ideas.
- Integrate all show elements: digital, lighting, sound, and content.
- Manage on-site delivery and brief crews.
- Coordinate suppliers pre- and post-event.
- Maintain effective client relationships and present budgets.
- Monitor all project aspects: proposals, budgets, schedules, and delivery.
- Manage multi-agency scenarios and ensure strong commercial project management.
- Support Account Directors on crossover projects like auto shows.
- Oversee financial control and ensure project profitability.
- Foster a collaborative and professional team environment.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading high-profile live shows.
- Expertise in 360ยบ experiential campaigns and broadcast events.
- Strong knowledge of event production, film, animation, and digital production.
- Automotive sector experience preferred.
- Innovative thinker and compelling presenter.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven onsite management and delivery skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
