LVI are in search of an Architect with experience, and interest, in Construction Quality Management. This role will allow you to work closely with owners, developers, and contractors, to provide them with expert-level recommendations and consulting services on commercial projects locally and nationally.

Responsibilities Include:
- Train, educate and mentor our project teams to build a culture of quality that centers on continuous improvement.
- Manage process and testing requirements to ensure the company and clients meet quality standards in accordance with written specifications, applicable codes and SOPs.
- Report to Senior Leadership monthly on the execution of the quality program and any critical quality issues.
- Lead and manage the following: Job Specific Quality Plan program, Constructability/Design review process, the Quality Pre-installation process and the Jobsite Quality Inspection process.
- Support and direct our project teams and our trade partners on all Quality issues.
- Establish and guide a Quality Steering Committee to continuously improve our quality program and culture.
- Monitor and adapt the quality program on a consistent basis.
- Maintain the Quality Management Manual along with the supporting documents.
- Gather and share best practices and quality knowledge throughout the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering or related field.
- 15 years in Construction Quality Management or Technical Architecture.
- License Architect or 10+ years in this role
- Possess superior construction knowledge
- Preferred licenses/certifications: AIA, LEED, BECxP, RBEC, RRC, REWC, RWC, RRO
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
