Electrical Project Manager / MEP Project Manager - Texas - US Wide Position
Large Data Center Construction
Salary: $180,000- $215,000
We are currently seeking to add an experienced Electrical Project Manqager / MEP Project Manager for one of the most exciting general contractors in the US. This General Contractor is actively building out their data center teams in every location across the Us due to an influx of repeat business clients wanting them to work on their hyper-scale facilities and are urgently seeking to add experienced professionals to their teams.
The company are very well known in the mission critical, healthcare and data center construction markets already, and have a presence among the leading mission critical developers landing them over $5B in new construction projects starting this month and all the way through 2025.
They currently have projects located in Atlanta, Northern Virginia and The Carolinas which have already broken ground with total project value of just under $1.5B in data centers alone! On top of this, they have roughly $4B in NEW ground up projects starting next year, which is the reason for the need of exceptional electrical and MEP Project Managers to start immediately.
Travel Will Be Required For this Role

Required Experience for role:
- 10+ years of Data Center Construction is essential
- 10+ years of handling electrical construction contracts in data centers valued over $200M
- Having strong relationships within the data center space
- Experience working on Electrical Aspects of new Data Center Construction or Fit Outs
- Knowledge of working on projects valued over $500M
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Must have experience working for electrical subcontractors or general contractor electrical experience
Preferred experience for role:
- Minimum 15 years of Electrical Construction Experience
- Minimum 10 years of MEP Construction
- Availability to travel to US wide
- Posses strong relationship building skills
- Be able to handle 300MW of new data center construction at one time
