Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:

Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring high-performance standards.

Project Development:

Technical Expertise:
- Leverage a minimum of 10 years of experience in the renewables industry, demonstrating a profound understanding of engineering principles, especially in solar, wind, and energy storage projects.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to guide the development of cutting-edge solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
- Act as a prominent representative of the organization in technical forums and industry events.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in engineering roles within the renewables industry.
- Proven track record in leading successful engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, project development, and engineering best practices.
- Strong understanding of relevant Australian regulations and standards in the renewables sector.
- Consultancy background required
