Healthcare Planner/Designer | Raleigh, Charlotte, NC
We are representing a client looking for a Healthcare Planner/Designer with 5+ years of experience to join their team. This is a hybrid position based out of Charlotte or Raleigh. This role will require a Bachelor of Architecture and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-Up. You will be responsible for organizing and leading a multi-disciplinary team, so experience in this area is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Architecture Principals to develop and execute design concepts for healthcare facilities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Ensure that all project work adheres to established quality standards and meets client expectations
- Assist in the development of proposals by providing design and technical expertise
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
Skills:
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-Up
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture required
- Registered Architect in at least one state, NCARB preferred
- Local Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
