Heavy Civil Project Manager
Salary: $125,000- $165,000 + Bonus(s)

Job Description: As the Heavy Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their construction projects from inception to completion. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will ensure that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management, preferably with a general contractor.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6).
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment used in heavy civil projects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
