Their Charlotte office is looking to bring on a Highway Technical Manager to oversee all technical aspects of highway projects throughout the North Carolina region. - 31 offices nationwide
- Focusing on expanding their west coast presence
- Headcount of 1,000+ people
- Dedicated BIDs team of 15 people with 65% success bid rate
Role:
- Lead the technical aspects of highway design projects throughout North Carolina for NCDOT and local municipality projects
- QA/QC of North Carolina highway design projects
- Lead and mentor engineers and technicians on planning or design side of projects
Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of experience in highway design
- Thorough understanding of NCDOT and local municipality procedures
- Proficient in MicroStation, Geopak, InRoads, OpenRoads, AutoCAD
- Experience mentoring and teaching younger engineers and staff
