Position: Industrial Development Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Compensation: $160,000+ (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Manage industrial land development projects from inception to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Oversee site work, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Prepare and present budget reports, tracking project expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, construction, and legal, to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing industrial land development projects.
- Strong client-facing skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Expertise in site work and construction processes.
- Ability to analyze budget reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
