Job Title: Sales Manager (Key Account Management)

Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts within the B2B sector, focusing on client interaction, inquiries, quotations, customer succession, lead generation, and new sales.
- Handle 20-30 existing accounts with a proactive sales approach.
- Utilize commercial background to drive sales efforts, with technical knowledge being a plus.
- Demonstrate a strong sales mindset, with the ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Japanese, capable of conducting sales activities in Japanese and dealing with EPC clients.
- Ability to communicate in English is advantageous.
- Experience in B2B sales within the manufacturing sector, preferably in industries such as structure, component, steel, or aluminum.
