Japan leading construction and engineering company is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage construction projects. The Site Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to time lines.
Lead, motivate, and manage on-site construction teams.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site.
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
