- Aid creative teams in developing event solutions.
- Assist in scheduling production tasks.
- Help acquire quotes from suppliers and partners.
- Research products and services under guidance.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining temporary networks onsite.
- Help organize AV and technical equipment.
- Support in analyzing and recommending creative solutions.
- Prepare equipment for the production team.
- Follow Health and Safety guidelines.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Some relevant experience is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of network systems.
- Familiarity with AV and lighting.
- Willingness to learn AV equipment setup.
- Ability to roll and wrap cables neatly.
- Interest in creating schematics and wire diagrams.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of budgeting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Quick to learn new technologies.
- Basic understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
- Some experience with ubiquity network setup.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Vectorworks or AutoCAD.
