Our LVI Building & Construction team has partnered with a leading K-12 general contractor in the Houston area. They have a strong reputation for excellence and are actively seeking a Project Manager with experience leading K-12 public school construction projects in Houston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of K-12 construction projects, from inception to completion.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute project plans, including budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams, including architects, subcontractors, and clients, to achieve project goals.
- Delivery Excellence: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Communication: Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on K-12 construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
