Overview: You will lead a team of surveyors in conducting field surveys, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to project requirements. You will be responsible for supervising surveying operations, managing equipment, and providing technical guidance to ensure the successful completion of survey projects.
Responsibilities:
- Field Surveying: Leading a team conducting surveys in field surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys and construction staking
- Supervision: Lead and mentor survey crew members, overseeing quality and assigning tasks
- Data Collection: Ensure accuracy of the collection of survey data
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of the day-to-day survey field operations
- Calculating and recording field data and / Leading Survey Crew on complex projects
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in surveying operations
- Land Surveyor In Training (LSIT) or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) is strongly preferred
