Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct geotechnical investigations, site assessments, and analyses.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Prepare engineering reports, design documents, and project proposals.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Participate in business development and client relationship activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Strong technical expertise in geotechnical analysis and design.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in project management and client relations.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining effective communication with the team.
- Willingness to travel within Texas for site visits and client meetings as needed.
