Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Group Leader - Principal Engineer to join our structural division. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing, guiding and mentoring a team of Engineers and Drafters, ensuring high-quality project and technical delivery, and driving business growth.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Chartered Engineer (Structural) with Engineers Australia.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, demonstrating extensive knowledge and expertise in the field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience working in Western Australia, with a strong understanding of local industry standards and practices.
- Proven track record of effective team leadership and mentoring, with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to win and manage projects successfully.
Key Deliveries:
- Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Engage in 50%+ billable work, maintaining hands-on involvement in significant projects.
- Technical review of structural outputs.
- Proactively pursue and secure new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of the division.
- Uphold and promote ethical practices and strong moral values within the team and organization.
