Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their audiovisual needs and objectives.
- Actively listen to client feedback and concerns, providing expert guidance and solutions to address their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized AV Live Events solutions that align with client goals and budgets.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, working towards revenue growth and expansion.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value of solutions.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations for business improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, in the audiovisual Live Events Industry
- Strong understanding of audiovisual technologies and solutions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts, exceeding sales targets, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
