Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the BIM & Digital Design team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the development and implementation of BIM processes and standards for MEP engineering projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective utilization of BIM tools and technologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in BIM to keep the team and projects at the forefront of innovation.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their proficiency in BIM tools and digital design methodologies.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate BIM into various aspects of project delivery for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in MEP engineering and BIM.
- Proven leadership experience in managing BIM & Digital Design teams (Preferably 5+ people).
- Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Revit Dynamo Script, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of MEP engineering principles and practices.
