Job Title: Medical Equipment Coordinator
Salary: $90k - $110k
Location: Remote with occasional travel to project sites in the San Francisco Bay Area, California
This position will be reporting to management based in California and would need to within commuting distance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee the installation of medical equipment for healthcare systems projects.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of medical equipment into healthcare facility designs.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for the delivery, installation, and testing of medical equipment.
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify the proper installation and functionality of equipment.
- Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of equipment to project sites.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams and end-users as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in coordinating the installation of medical equipment, preferably within the AEC or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with healthcare facility design and construction processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel to project sites within the San Francisco Bay Area as required.
