LVI are working with a well known MEP engineering company based in Texas. They have seen a large amount of success over the last two years, opening two new offices throughout Texas. They are now looking to continue this growth by bringing on another licensed engineer based in the DFW area.
You will be responsible for conducting detailed analyses of various incidents involving building's MEP assessments such as HVAC, plumbing/mechanical and electrical systems and building code compliance for the repair and restoration of these systems. As part of this process, you must conduct thorough examinations by analyzing data collected during field inspections using technical knowledge gained through their education & practical work experiences. As a successful candidate, you must possess strong mechanical or electrical engineering knowledge, combined with a good understanding on how to conduct property condition assessments and renovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- P.E. Licensed
- 4+ Years experience working within MEP engineering
- Have a good working knowledge on conducting property condition assessments and working with existing buildings and providing renovation solutions
