MEP Superintendent - ESOP - PER DIEM - Strong Benefits - Travelling Available
Salary: $170,000- $200,000
My client, a leading contractor in the US, is urgently seeking to add a strong MEP Superintendent to their excelling mission critical teams.
The client has already secured over 5 billion in new projects due to break ground in the up and coming months in the CA, NV and AZ markets with 7 projects already underway meaning this opportunity offers a stable role in one of the best & busiest construction markets in the world right now with exceptional opportunities for career growth, responsibility and the opportunity to work on some of the most complex projects on offer.
The first project is located in the South California region, which has already broken ground and is valued over $1B meaning this role is actively looking to be filled.
Required Experience for role:
- 5+ years of Data Center Construction experience
- Experience working on MEP Aspects of new Data Center Construction
- Knowledge of working on Large, Multimillion Dollar Projects is Essential
- Willingness to travel is Essential!
- Experience to preferably come from a General Contractor background
Preferred experience for role:
- Minimum 5 years of data center construction experience
- Minimum 5 years of Electrical Construction Experience
- Availability to travel US wide
- Posses strong relationship building skills
