Company: We are currently working closely with a leading development firm in Japan who is looking for a Project Manager to handle their up-and-coming major projects. You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar and onshore wind projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- As an Onshore Wind Construction and Project Manager, you will lead and manage the construction and development of onshore wind projects.
- Partner with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Responsible for producing detailed project plans, timelines and development strategies and budgeting.
- Select and procure materials, resources and equipment.
- Hire and effective lead a construction team by distributing tasks, providing guidance and ensuring effective communication among team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Track record in managing solar and onshore wind construction projects.
- Well-versed in renewable energy technologies and construction processes.
- Understanding of safety and environmental regulations in the renewable energy sector.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Additional Information: This position may require travel to construction sites and occasionally work in challenging weather conditions.
