Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of engineers and designers in the development of project designs and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, Engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct comprehensive site evaluations and assessments
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee quality control and assurance processes to deliver exceptional results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil/site engineering, with a focus on design and project management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Proven track record of leading successful engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
