What you do with us:
- You configure user applications for control systems in the PCS7 environment as well as machine controls in factory automation in the Siemens TIA Portal
- You create the visualization interfaces (HMI interfaces) for the various guidance and control systems
- You plan and configure the necessary network and computer technology, taking current IT security requirements into account
- You safely implement customer-specific requirements for fail-safe user applications in the automation environment
- You create process-related plant simulations using common simulation tools such as: B. SIMIT or comparable systems
- You will independently carry out FATs and SATs in collaboration with our customers and clients and accompany the projects on site until the commissioning is completed
- You parameterize the fieldbus technology used and take care of the interfaces and connection to third-party systems
- You will support our customers with your expertise in technical support and occasional service calls
- The development of technical concepts as part of our order acquisition and offer preparation is also part of your tasks
What convinces us:
- a completed degree with a focus on automation technology or comparable training
- Practical experience in the creation of software applications in mechanical and plant engineering as well as their commissioning on site at customers' sites
- In addition, you ideally have experience in the automation environment with PCS7, TIA Portal, Step 7 or other systems and have knowledge of Profibus and Profinet
- You are familiar with the IT environment and have had initial experience with virtual IT infrastructures and networks in an industrial environment
- You also have good PLC programming skills and knowledge of at least one high-level language, e.g. E.g. C, C# or Visual Basic
- A quick comprehension as well as a proactive, future- and solution-oriented way of working and thinking round off your profile
- You have good knowledge of German and English for contact with local and international customers and teams
