Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced PLC Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and maintaining PLC-based automation systems. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of our automation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PLC programs for automation systems.
- Configure and integrate HMI systems with PLCs.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including schematics and manuals.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in PLC and automation technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PLC programming and automation.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, function block diagram).
- Experience with HMI development and integration.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety protocols.
