Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Pursuit and Delivery:
- Identify, pursue, and secure water/wastewater engineering projects.
- Lead project teams from conceptualization to execution, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
- Establish project objectives, oversee proposals, and manage project life cycle activities.
2. Market Positioning:
